A Personalized Cooking Experience

These sessions are designed around you.

We cook together in a relaxed, hands-on environment where you learn how to choose ingredients, build balanced meals, and work with spices in ways that support digestion and overall well-being.

Some people want to refine their kitchen skills. Others want to support heart health, reduce inflammation, or simply feel more confident in the kitchen. Each session is shaped around your goals, your interests, and the foods you love.

Over time something shifts. Cooking becomes easier. Food begins to make more sense. And your kitchen becomes a place that supports your health rather than something that feels complicated or overwhelming.

Sessions last approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the menu and your goals.

Sessions are available virtually from my kitchen to yours, or in person for those located in South Florida.

Monthly Virtual Cooking Workshops

These workshops are demonstration style classes where you can watch, learn, and ask questions while gaining a deeper understanding of how ingredients work in the body and how to use them in everyday cooking.

When you understand why an ingredient matters, it becomes much easier to bring it into your kitchen.

Workshops are held virtually and typically last between 60 and 90 minutes.
