Food Brilliance was founded to help people attain their best selves through choosing, preparing, and cooking nutritious foods and learning to make life choices that nourish their being.
Through a hands-on educational approach, I work with individuals toward remedying health issues or reaching personal health goals. Together, we design customized cooking sessions that emphasize the healing properties of foods targeted to suit your specific needs with accessible and sustainable approaches to meal preparation. The course includes nutrition education, food shopping guidance, and cooking instruction as well as modules customized to your specific needs. I believe that we are all unique and have different needs that can be addressed by food choices.
