I am new to Ayurvedic cooking. Is this for me?

Absolutely. You don't need any background in Ayurveda to cook with me. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore how food can influence the way you feel. My approach is practical, approachable, and focused on helping you build a deeper connection with your food, your body, and the ingredients you cook with.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Most of my one-on-one cooking sessions are available virtually, and all of my monthly workshops can be attended online from anywhere in the world.

How do I know if one-on-one sessions are right for me?

One-on-one sessions are personalized around your unique health goals, food preferences, and lifestyle. If you're looking for practical cooking guidance, personalized recipes, and support using food to help you feel your best, a one-on-one session may be a great fit.

Will I need special ingredients to cook with you?

Sometimes. While many of the ingredients I use can be found at your local grocery store, I may introduce herbs, spices, and specialty ingredients that are new to you. To make things easy, I've created a Curated Kitchen page with links to many of the ingredients I use and recommend, so you can easily find them if you'd like to cook along with me.
