Food Is Everything is currently screening at film festivals around the world, sharing its message of connection, care, and the power of food with audiences near and far. Once the festival tour is complete, the film will be available to watch on my YouTube channel. Join my newsletter and you'll be among the first to know when it's released.

Join the waitlist on the book page. You'll receive updates, sample recipes, behind-the-scenes stories, and be among the first to know when pre-orders become available.

Absolutely. You don't need any background in Ayurveda to cook with me. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore how food can influence the way you feel. My approach is practical, approachable, and focused on helping you build a deeper connection with your food, your body, and the ingredients you cook with.

Yes. Most of my one-on-one cooking sessions are available virtually, and all of my monthly workshops can be attended online from anywhere in the world.

One-on-one sessions are personalized around your unique health goals, food preferences, and lifestyle. If you're looking for practical cooking guidance, personalized recipes, and support using food to help you feel your best, a one-on-one session may be a great fit.

Sometimes. While many of the ingredients I use can be found at your local grocery store, I may introduce herbs, spices, and specialty ingredients that are new to you. To make things easy, I've created a Curated Kitchen page with links to many of the ingredients I use and recommend, so you can easily find them if you'd like to cook along with me.
