I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories such as, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, ketogenic and everything in between.

My studies at Bhagavat Life, an Ayurvedic Nutrition And Culinary Training (ANACT) program in New York City with teachings in the Shaka Vansiya Ayurveda tradition, has taught me the true power of food and how to choose foods to suit your body's needs. I have learned how to cook for people with illness and how to create meals with healing benefits for the body and the mind. My training in Ayurvedic physiology, food and common dietary mistakes that make us sick and digestive support has enabled my skills and passion to giving people the knowledge on how to best feed themselves.

Together, we will co-create completely personalized food choices based on your health goals to move towards your ideal vision of strength within your unique body.
