Walnut Bread

​Ingredients:

  • 8 oz walnut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix together walnut butter, eggs and syrup until fully combined. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until fully incorporated. Add the sunflowers and mix.
  2. In a greased 5x9 loaf pan, pour the dough, making sure it is distributed evenly. Bake for 40 min or until the loaf is fully cooked.
  3. Let the loaf rest for 5 minutes before eating.

Walnut bread can be wrapped and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
